Starting this June, join us for community vibes, fresh air, and fun! We’re transforming the street into a pedestrian plaza with seating, space for cultural, lifestyle, and health events — and we’d love your help with equipment setup too.

The Community Land Act (CLA) is a package of bills that would help Community Land Trusts (CLTs) like Western Queens Community Land Trust bring more land and housing into permanently affordable community ownership. 🏡💪 Close to two-thirds of City Council Members co-sponsor the bills! ✅ We need your support to get us over the line! 🙌
