SMALL BUSINESS SUPPORT
Overview:
Small businesses are the heartbeat of Woodside. They create jobs, shape our neighborhoods, and bring unique character to our community. But running a business in New York City can be challenging— especially for first-time entrepreneurs and immigrant-owned shops.
Our Small Business Services (SBS) Avenue NYC Program is here to guide and uplift local businesses every step of the way. Through hands-on support, community partnerships, and creative corridor revitalization projects, we help entrepreneurs navigate the challenges of starting or growing a business and connect with customers through modern marketing and community events.
From business workshops to public art installations and clean-ups, we’re building a commercial landscape where local businesses thrive and our community shines.
