COMMUNITY AFFAIRS
Overview:
A thriving community is one where neighbors look out for one another, take pride in shared spaces, and have a voice in shaping the future. Our Community Affairs program connects residents, local leaders, and partner organizations to create meaningful, lasting impact in Queens.
From clean-ups and mural painting to food drives and civic engagement events, we make it easy for residents to get involved and make a difference. Through strategic coalitions, we tackle pressing local issues—housing justice, immigration, youth empowerment, and economic equity—ensuring that Woodside’s values are heard citywide.
Community Affairs is about more than events—it’s about building relationships, amplifying voices, and turning local action into lasting change.
