Our Direct Services team organizes free monthly legal clinics with attorneys from reputable organizations such as Queens Legal Services (QLS), where tenants can actively participate, ask questions about their individual situations and seek assistance in navigating the housing court system.

Please submit an intake form if you are planning on visiting or would like us to get back to you a housing issue.


If You Need Housing Assistance, Please Call Schedule an Appointment with a Member of our Housing Department (See Below) and Bring the Following Documents:

  • One-on-one housing counseling: Summary of your case and/or documents to support the case.

  • SCRIE Initial: Proof of age, proof of income, proof of rent (current and previous lease), and power of attorney if applicable.

  • SCRIE Renewal: Proof of age, proof of income, and proof of rent (lease).

  • DRIE Initial: Proof of age, proof of income, proof of rent (current and previous lease), and power of attorney if applicable.

  • DRIE Renewal: Proof of age, proof of income, and proof of rent (lease).

  • Lease Renewal: Previous and current lease.

  • NYCHA: Picture ID, proof of income, mailing address, and valid email address.

  • Housing Connect (Lottery): Picture ID, proof of income, mailing address, and valid email address.
