WOOFSIDE HALLOWEEN PET PARADE

When: Saturday, October 27th. Day-of registration at 10:30. Parade from 11:00am-2:00pm

Where:

Day-of Registration at Skillman Pets (49-16 Skillman Avenue) at 10:30.

Parade at Windmuller Park (near 52nd St & 39th Drive from 11-2) at 11.

What: Come out to see a parade of neighborhood pets, dressed up for Halloween! Featuring local pet vendors and service providers who will perform training demonstrations, health/fitness workshops, and will raffle items and services: Poochie University, Walk Dog Talk Dog, The Fit Pup, Skillman Pets, Queens Animal Hospital, Feral Cat Assistance, Camp Bow Wow,  and others.

Register today to be eligible for special givaways (which includes WOTM’s new messenger bag, dog treats, and toys), as well as contest and raffle prizes such as:

– A Certificate for 1 Free Dog Training Session from Walk Dog Talk Dog

– A Free Doggy Spa Pack from Camp Bow Wow, which includes Bath, Nail trim, Teeth and Ear Cleaning

– A Free Dog Training Session from Poochie University

– A gift certificate for Skillman Pets Finally, we STILL have a few dog costumes to give away to early registrants!

Registration fee: $20.00

How to Register: online via Paypal; at the WOTM Main Office, 39-42 59th Street in Woodside, or on the day of the parade at Skillman Pets, between 10:30am-11am.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

 

Proceeds from the event will support Woodside on the Move’s 2012-2013 community and cultural programs. The event is sponsored in part by Skillman Pets, the Sunnyside Post, and Astoria Federal Savings, Woodside Herald, with additional support from Council Member Jimmy Van Bramer.
