Summer Camp Registration Closed

Summer Camp 2010 Registration is closed.

Medical forms must be returned no later than Friday, April 9, 2010. No exceptions.

Applications or medicals returned after deadline will be placed on the waiting list.

Summer Camp Program:

July 2010 – August 2010

Mondays to Fridays – 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

The summer program site(s) will be located at one of the local Woodside/Sunnyside area public schools and will be announced prior to program start up.

March 1st, 2010

OUT OF SCHOOL TIME (OST)

FREE SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM

For children currently 5 – 12 years old (DOB must be prior to June 30, 2005 for Kindergarten and for grade 6 DOB must be after August 31, 1997)

Program activities include:

sports, crafts, arts, games, trips, computers, community beautification,

movies, music, and other cultural activities.

Breakfast and lunch provided.  Parents are required to provide a nutritious daily snack.

Summer Camp Program:

July 2010 – August 2010

Mondays to Fridays – 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

SPACE IS LIMITED!

Program Registration will take place on a first-come, first-serve basis

Summer Camp Registration will be held:

Saturday, March 27, 2010 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Completed registration and updated medical forms must be

returned no later than Friday, April 9, 2010. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Applications or medicals returned after deadline will be placed on the waiting list.

Parent/Guardian must provide verification of child’s age and ID for affiliation purposes.  Parent/Guardian will only be able to represent one family/household.

Therefore one representative is needed for each family/household.

Children accepted into the Summer Camp Program will also be eligible to participate in the Fresh Air Fund sleep away camp or Friendly Town Programs.
